Bardot Bucket Hat Sewing Pattern
This pattern includes 3 sizes for both brim and head size. The cover features the extra wide brim, but the crowd favorite is the medium brim - perfect for gardening, sun protection, and activity. Choose between the classic small brim, the medium brim, or the extra wide brim. The size options for the head go from small to large. We found the small fits children well, the medium and large fit most adults. The hat can be made out of almost any substrate from quilting cotton, canvas, corduroy, Shannon Cuddle, to Sew HungryHippie soft vinyl! Beginner friendly. Full sized pattern pieces included!
Materials required:
1/2 yard exterior fabric - extra wide brim requires 3/4 yard
1/2 yard lining fabric - extra wide brim requires 3/4 yard
1 & 3/4 yard SF101 for all sizes of hat and brims / You may prefer 2 yards if you aren't good at placement lol
1/2 yard fusible fleece (Pellon 987F)
Pattern pieces need to be printed at 100% - DO NOT SCALE and do not "fit to page".
