Quilted Trucker Hat Pattern

With this pattern you can make your very own Trucker hat! You can use an existing quilt that maybe has seen better days, or create a special 10" block for the front panel. 

The instructions include diagrams and suggestions to help guide you through making your hat from scratch.

Finished Size: One Size - Adjustable Straps

Supplies:
10"x10" Quilted Panel (preferably quilted with a foam stabilizer)
Outer Shell: 1/4 yd or 1 fat Quarter
Lining: 1/4 Yard or 1 Fat Quarter
1/4 Yd Fusible Light Weight or Medium Weight interfacing 
Pellon one side fusible 1/4 yd
Snap closures (4 sets} or Velcro Sew In
Coordinating 40 Wt thread

Tools Needed
Sewing Machine
Needle (I recommend a size 16/100, Denim or Topstitch needle
Scissors
Iron
Tailor's Ham (We LOVE our sewing hams)
Straight Pins or Sewing Clips
