Sewing class for kids ages 8-14.

Students will learn the basics of sewing. Including the parts of their sewing machine, learn to thread a machine, wind a bobbin, sewing terminology, following a pattern, sewing a pillowcase, and sewing a patchwork dog.

Bring your own sewing machine or inquire about using one of our Bernette sewing machines for an additional $25 fee.  This fee can go towards the purchase of any bernette sewing machine.  

Supplies for the two sewing projects will be required (fabric and batting) and the purchase of the book Sewing School Quilts
