Computerized Quilting with a Domestic Machine



If you have a Bernina 590, 770 QE and 770 QE Plus, 790 or 880, this class is for you.

Your Bernina machine with embroidery module is ideal for computerized quilting in the hoop.  This hands on class will show you the capability of your machine.  We will quilt a panel in this class.  We will learn Pinpoint placement and set up your machine for sewing (not embroidering) in the hoop.  


All materials will be provided for this class. 

You need to bring:

Bernina machine and embroidery module with #26 embroidery foot
50 weight Aurifil thread which is on the orange plastic spool, (neutral color or white, makes no difference really) with a filled bobbin of the same.
BLACK bobbin case for this project, not your high tension yellow bobbin case
Maxi or Mega hoop as well as oval hoop AND the plastic templates that came with them and the clips. 
OESD tear away tape (or Kimberbell tape) 

Regular Sewing Supplies, scissors, seam ripper


You will learn about all the various designs in your machine as well as how to download designs from embroideryonline.com
